FOR SCHOOLS.

Schools are vital parts of every community, and teachers can play a significant role in raising their students’ understanding of their rights. We are keen to work with teachers  to raise awareness of child marriage in their classrooms, all over the world .

To support teachers involved in the campaign, we've created an adaptable lesson and assembly plan for you to use with your students, including a template presentation, and background information on child marriage. We hope these resources are useful for teachers and students alike to become aware of their rights around child marriage, education, and health.

Included in the pack is the text of the Child Marriage Free World pledge, should the class want to make a commitment to end child marriage. If you would like us to count your pledges, and to receive a certificate to recognise your class as supporters of the campaign, we would be grateful if you could let us know by registering your participation here.
